Two of our lab members, Dr. Nowlan Freese and Karthik Raveendran, demonstrated how to easily view CyVerse data in the Integrated Genome Browser using a custom web app called BioViz Connect. They talked about how they developed BioViz Connect on top of the CyVerse Terrain API (pssst, so can you!).
