The Genome Visualization Lab at UNC Charlotte help biologists understand genomic data better by creating and supporting interactive, fast, and free visualization software.

Our main product is Integrated Genome Browser (IGB). 

As part of this work, we use IGB and other tools to generate new knowledge from large experimental datasets, primarily RNA sequence data.
